The documentary film “Defining US, Children at the Crossroads of Change” joins the passionate, credible voices of educators and the inspirational, persuasive stories of students, to explore how constructive conversations about race and other fundamental issues are the lifeblood of our community. The Take Action Portal is connected to the film but also stands alone with extended learning to help anyone better understand themselves and others, and as well practical suggestions for how to begin vital conversations on difficult topics. Thousands of educators are teaching millions of students how to better understand each other and themselves. What can they teach US?
